PREMISES

Upon entering the property (parking lot and shop) patrons assume all responsibilities involving accidents or losses of any kind. Parents must be mindful of their children as there are many breakables. You break, you buy. Blue Moon Vintage, LLC will not be held responsible. This includes car, personal injury, destruction of merchandise or building property.

Multiple cameras and a monitored security system are in use 24/7 for your protection and ours.

PARKING

Space in the front is limited. Additional parking is in the rear of the building.

THEFT

All shoplifters will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Again, there are multiple security cameras in use and a monitored burglary system in place, outdoors and indoors, recording in full HD color at all times.

RETURNS

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the business we are unable to accept returned merchandise for refunds. However, an exchange may be made for equal value at owners or dealers discretion.

LAYAWAYS

Plans are 60 days and require a 30% down-payment.

CLASSES

Parents must remain on premises for the duration of all children's classes. Parents must not interfere with the child's artwork or instruction unless guided by the instructor to do so or is a joint project class.

Alcoholic beverages are only allowed in adult classes.

Only children age 14 and up are allowed in adult classes, with an adult.

Seating is limited to paid participants only. However, exceptions can be made if the class is not full.

BUYS

We accept merchandise from sellers during regular business hours. However, we prefer that sellers email photos of the items they wish to sell along with the asking price and call-back number. Shopping customers take precedence over reviewing a sellers items, appointment or not. Merchandise must be in resalable condition. We only buy what we can sell. Please understand there may be times of the month we will stop buying without notice.

Please do not leave items you wish to sell on the premises without giving us prior notification. We are not responsible for any damages and/or theft that may occur if your items are left outside unbeknownst to us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
